Liger Shipping Private Limited provides cargo shipping, freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and transportation services. All services are subject to specific service agreements and applicable laws and regulations.

2. Quotations

All quotations provided by Liger Shipping are subject to availability, current market rates, and applicable surcharges. Quotations are valid for the period specified therein and are subject to change without notice unless confirmed in writing.

3. Liability

Liger Shipping's liability for loss or damage to cargo is subject to the applicable conventions, laws, and regulations governing the mode of transport used. We strongly recommend that all shipments be adequately insured.

• We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
• Our liability is limited to the lower of actual loss or the limitation amount specified in applicable conventions.
• We are not responsible for inherent defects, improper packing by the shipper, or inadequate marking of goods.

4. Cargo Insurance

While we can assist in arranging cargo insurance, we strongly advise all clients to obtain comprehensive cargo insurance. Liger Shipping acts as an agent in insurance arrangements and is not itself an insurer.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as specified in individual service agreements or invoices. Late payments may attract interest charges. We reserve the right to place a lien on cargo for unpaid freight charges.

6. Dangerous Goods

Shipment of dangerous goods must be declared in full and comply with all applicable regulations (IMDG, IATA DGR, ADR). Failure to declare dangerous goods is a serious offence and the shipper bears full responsibility for any resulting damages or penalties.

7. Customs Compliance

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information for customs purposes. Any penalties, duties, or fines resulting from incorrect declarations are the client's responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Liger Shipping Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to Terms

Liger Shipping reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
